Who can rent a car with WST?
Drivers must be 21 or over, hold a valid driving licence with at least one year's experience, and present a passport and a credit or debit card at pick-up.
Is the mileage really unlimited?
Yes. Every rental includes unlimited mileage plus 24/7 roadside assistance. GPS units and child seats are available for a small extra fee.
Do you offer airport pickup?
Free meet & greet at SSR International Airport, 24/7 — just provide your flight details and we'll be waiting at Gate 5 with your car.
What insurance is included?
All vehicles include civil-liability cover, which comes with CDW. You can add Super Collision Damage Waiver Plus (SCDW+) and theft protection during booking for extra peace of mind.
Can I exchange or extend my booking?
Yes — reservations can be extended or modified with notice. Get in touch and our team will take care of the changes for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before delivery. Ending a rental early refunds 50% of the unused days; used days and extras are non-refundable.
Where am I allowed to drive?
Anywhere on the island on public roads. For safety and insurance reasons, off-road driving and driving on beaches are not permitted.
Can I add an additional driver?
Yes. Additional drivers are welcome provided they meet the same minimum age and licence requirements as the main driver.
